It’s kind of a weird mash-up of an update this week, as we keep playing catch-up on some recent Site of the Week postings. We promised you a batch of London, Ontario IDs to go with our Site of the Week looks at that market (here and here), and here they are, a new market on the site.

And we showed you a little bit of Columbia, Missouri on Site of the Week a few weeks back, which prompts us to give you more IDs from the tail end of our cross-country drive this past April: new material from the Columbia-Jefferson City MO, St. Louis MO-IL and Effingham IL markets.

OK, not everything, everything. But you know what the song says about Kansas City, right? I mean, they went and built a skyscraper seven stories high! And we’ve gone about as fur as we can go to bring you a nearly complete collection of legal IDs from two trips through town in April and August 2017. That’s almost as good as a magic lantern show, even if a couple of AMs didn’t ID when they were supposed to and we got rained out of baseball on our first try. So put your ear to a Bell Telephone (or your laptop speaker) and enjoy! (And you can see a bunch of purdy pictures of KC studios, here!)

(And for those of you not raised on musical theater, here’s your explanation…)

Kansas is big. So very, very big. It takes a long, long time to drive I-70 all the way across the Sunflower State.

And somehow I ended up doing that twice in 2017, first in April and again in August.

You’re in the right place: today, we have a huge refresher of IDs from the Salt Lake City UT, St. George UT and newly-minted Mid-Utah markets, all gathered during a very quick April run from the NAB Show in Las Vegas up to Salt Lake and back in less than 48 hours.

But wait, there’s more – we inadvertently never got around to posting a huge pile of updates from Philadelphia and Wilmington DE from last summer, too, so here we have those, too! (And are there any two cities less similar than Salt Lake City and Philly?)

We didn’t quite get every ID in the Nutmeg State when we spent a couple of days there in March, but it wasn’t for lack of trying!

This week’s Tower Site of the Week looks at the Hall cluster in the New London-Eastern CT market, which we did pretty much sweep completely – and on the way home, we got nearly everything there was to hear in Hartford, too.
