OK, in fairness, there’s never a time we don’t want to make a trip to San Diego. The weather is (almost) always perfect, the sunshine is delightful, the baseball team… um… has a nice ballpark. And did we mention the fish tacos?
But now we really, really need to get back to America’s Finest City, because since we recorded this batch of legal IDs in March 2017, so very much has happened to the radio dial there. Country KSON? It went from 97.3 to 103.7. “Energy” KEGY went from 103.7 to a brief run on 97.3, after which Entercom tried to do a hot-talk/sports hybrid that turned out to be one of this decade’s bigger radio debacles (it’s now doing sports as “Fan.”) KSON’s 92.1 North County simulcast, KSOQ, went to Air 1. And now KFMB(AM) and “KFM-BFM” are for sale.
Seems like a trip west is in order… maybe around December or January?
Can you put the air1 id for 90.5 WQRA Greencastle, Indianapolis please for 2018?
Next time one of us gets over that way, sure!
