Over Thanksgiving weekend of last year, I found myself in Gatlinburg, TN meeting up with some people for a quick rendezvous. My hopes of doing very much airchecking there were dashed rather quickly though, as I had underestimated what being in the mountains would do to many of the signals out of Knoxville.
But my journey from Nashville there and back gave me opportunities to do some recording as I passed through the city, and between what I landed during travel breaks and what I could pull out of the sky in the cabin where I stayed, I did what I could.
So, with that in mind, here is the first batch of IDs from the Knoxville market recorded during that trip.
