As we anticipate the landfall of Hurricane Sandy, we present some more clips from the Jersey Shore (South) or the Monmouth-Ocean, NJ Market. Most of the clips are update’s of previous clips, with some minor changes.
Well, this area will be getting hit hard by Sandy in the next two or three days. We hope they will be able to ride the storm out without casualties. Currently, the NWS is predicting that the trajectory of the storm will be going further south than they originally predicted. It will go onshore somewhere near Cape May, which is south of this week’s featured market. However, the whole New Jersey coastline will be hit by strong winds, high tidal surges, and lots of rain.
Here in Baltimore we will be hit hard too. With the predicted path going further south, we could be hit by over 10 inches of rain, high winds, and lots of river and street flooding. I expect that we will be out of electricity for several days.
Take care, and good luck!
Till next time
Bill
