This time we go back to the “B’s” and feature the Binghamton, NY Market. My wife and I spent a weekend in September in NE Pennsylvania and I managed to record 13 clips from the Binghamton Market, 11 are updates and 2 are “new” to Toppy – WPEL-FM and WKXZ. Sometime in the future I will add stations from the Scranton-Wilkes Barre market that I recorded also.
