It’s been a little while, I know, and I thank Bill and Lou for their updates while yours truly was tied up with hosting the National Radio Club/Worldwide TV-FM DX Association convention and getting Tower Site Calendar 2011 ready for the printer. And with Labor Day now past, it’s time to dig back into the stacks o’ wax…er, the stacks o’cassette tapes…for the next installment of “Spring Trip 2010.”
This week, it’s the AM dial in Tucson, Arizona – and between my tape decks and Garrett Wollman‘s digital recorders, I believe we nailed the entire dial from 580 to 1600 during our April 2009 visit.
Of course, there have been a few changes since: KEVT 1210 went dark over the summer, and KVOI and KCEE have swapped calls. Time to go back?
