One of the all-time famous legal IDs is the Hot 97 New York City “Top of the Empire State Building” ID used primarily in the 1980s. We now have that on here, courtesy of Brian Holmes. If you’ve never heard it before, you’re in for a treat.
Rich Bulger supplied us with a new ID from legacy country Kicks 101.5 in Atlanta, while Daniel Fuentz gave us a most interesting ID from a station emerging from stunting to a new format from last month in Fresno. And finally, Rick Schwarz has sent in a Radio Disney ID from Philadelphia. We appreciate all of the above for e-mailing us the new material.
Thanks to Jeff Lehmann, we have two new markets on here, both from New York state: Middletown and Poughkeepsie. Technically speaking, the two Poughkeepsie entries could fit in Middletown, since they have simulcast signals there, but their main signal is in the neighboring Poughkeepsie market, so that’s how they’ve been separated.
